GPS JOYSTICK SETTINGS

Various settings for GPS Joystick mocking app to spoof.

PRE-MARCH 2017 ASP

PHONE:

  1. Open Settings on your Android phone.

  2. Scroll down and tap Developer options.

  3. Look for and tap Mock Location app, select your cloned gps joystick app.

  4. Turn on and set your GPS/ Location to High Accuracy.

  5. Reboot your phone if needed.

GPS JOYSTICK APP:

  1. Open gps joystick app then tap Menu (upper left).

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Scroll down and enable "ENABLE INDIRECT MOCKING".

NOTE:

You can enable Prevent screenshots/ Display Distance Info if you like. This one doesn't matter.

ROOTED - SYSTEMIZED

PHONE:

  1. Open Settings on your Android phone.

  2. Scroll down and tap Developer options.

  3. Look for and tap Mock location app > select No apps (no mock app is selected).

  4. Turn on and set your gps/ location to Device/ Phone only.

  5. Reboot your phone if needed.

  1. Open gps joystick and tap Menu (upper left).

    • Enable Suspended Mocking=OFF
    • Enable Auto Suspend Location=OFF
    • Enable Indirect Mocking=OFF
    • Enable System Mode=OFF

RUBBERBANDING TIPS

-your character is randomly sprinting/ jumping from spoof to real location. It's called rubber-banding!

  • On GPS Joystick settings, try any or a combination of following fixes under 'FIX GPS JUMP TO REAL LOCATION' option.

  • If your on Smali or Tacihi, do not systemize your mock location app.

  • Turn off the following:
    • google location accuracy, sharing, history
    • emergency location services
    • nearby bluetooth and wifi scanning
